Job Summary: The Bankruptcy Automation Specialist is responsible for the accurate preparation and review of Bankruptcy forms, specifically Proof of Claim Form 410A for mortgage loans in bankruptcy. This role requires deep knowledge of escrow analysis, Chapter 13 plans, payment history auditing, and system-based quality control to ensure all claims are compliant, accurate, and timely.

Key Accountabilities:
- Process incoming referrals.
- Create boarding templates for various clients consistently and accurately.
- Performs QC for any outgoing work to all clients.
- Preforms testing for newly onboarded clients.
- Identifies issues within current processes and notifies management.
- Engages and collaborates with management to improve processes from a system users’ perspective.
- Assists operations teams with data integrity and clean up.
- Preforms other duties as assigned.
Job Duties:
- Process incoming referrals by reviewing attached files and creating boarding files to create 410A
- QC 410A files to confirm all amounts are tied out to the payment history and Parts 2 & 3 of the 410A are calculating correctly.
- Creates test boarding files for incoming clients for testing by the developers.
- Reviews Process & Procedures as needed.

Min Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Min Years Experience: 5 years of experience
Skills:
- Bankruptcy experienced preferred, specifically POC, 410A and Limited Filer experience.
- Self-motivated, be able to define new processes, socialize with stakeholder groups and gain consensus.
- Ability to quickly understand new business initiatives and identify data to meet business needs.
- Time management skills with strong attention to details; ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
